Plastic is the major cause of environmental pollution, one of the reasons is because the production of plastic releases toxic chemicals, and these are the main cause of serious illness like cancer, another reason is that it is Non-Biodegradable, this means that it cant be broken down by living organisms which also means that can cause diseases and release harmful gases.
In every way we use plastic it affects the environment in a really bad way, but we can reuse plastic or use eco-friendly alternatives, which can help the environment a lot.
Even though plastic is becoming a big problem for all of us, still this problem has often been underestimated and besides all of these, people keep using plastic due to their own convenience. But now everyone has to completely stop using plastics to save our environment.
