I think PE can help students to have a better fitness condition, but i don’t think that having just like 30min or 40 2 days a week will help your body. The exercises or activities you have in PE class might not be that effective for your body. It can help your body to active, but it might not be that effective to have a better body. I personally think that PE is helpful for some persons.
For me, when it was PE class time it was like distracting myself from all the work of other classes, getting some ir, having fun, etc. I enjoyed PE class a lot, so i personally think it is necessary. A lot of people might think that it is kind of unnecessary and that it is just another class without any purpose.
Finally, i think it can be necessary also because students have fun and it is cool to have this space 2 or 3 days a week in classes, but i also think it doesn’t help that much, and it isn’t relevant.
