F. Díaz and his Professional Career. A story about Regrets

I remember a friend of me that had everything to succeed playing American football professionally. He moved to Houston, Texas, after we finished junior high school and I reminisced he said ''my dream is to play football professionally''. I had no doubt he could, so I told him: ''you can do it''.

We played together a little bit. The short time we played I noticed his passes were precise almost always: his vision was incredibe! He trained there in the USA for 5 years: when he was in high school and then at university. He was already studying a major in Business and he already had a small company.

We just met in December last year and I asked him about his football professional career. He was too dejected, his face was not showing his peculiar smile he had when we were studying together and told me:

And he finished his regret with a ''but, well, I have to continue working on my Company''... If only I knew what to say at that moment, it could be better. It was not a good news at all and I comprehended him because I had a similar dream when young. ''We have to learn from our choices'', is everything I could tell him.
